Givebacks are cool!

There are so many opportunities to give back, it's hard to know where to start. Fortunately, the tireless and wonderful people who put in so much effort to run the various organizations and charities make it super easy to get involved!

The easiest way to get involved via the Doctor Who Giveback Countdown is just to click on the links at the bottom of each episode guide.  They are organized out into categories and have various options. I'm not an expert on any of this, so if you see an awesome organization missing, just let me know and I'll add it in.

Part of the Giveback Countdown project is to learn about what realities our world and communities are facing today. There are also links to information regarding any of the topics I've brought up at the bottom of each episode guide. I encourage you to peruse the different organizations' websites to see what they're saying. There's so much more to learn, and being educated on a topic can really make a difference.

As far as posting your Givebacks go, simply write it in as a comment in the Comments sections either under the relevant episode guide or the corresponding Giveback page. If things get overwhelming, I will seek assistance from my IT-savvy friends to create a form or something, but for now, just use the comments function.

Be sure to include what your Giveback was and where--including links if possible.  Make sure not to post any sensitive information regarding people who are at-risk (such as their names or locations), and just in general be sure to protect privacy.  The point is to let others know what you did because they may find your idea to be the right fit for them.

Don't worry if your Giveback isn't like mine or like any of the suggestions in the Episode Guide.  That's all they are--suggestions.  The point is to give back and to enjoy rewatching Doctor Who!
